I want to use this to count calories for my 800 calorie hcg diet I'm starting today. I was on the 500 calorie, but my irritability was intolerable for me and my family so I jumped onto this one. Downloaded the e-book and began today though I've been on the 500 for 2 weeks without as much results as I would have liked but I was experimenting because I wanted my life back and to lose weight. I believe both can be done.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

605 kcal Fat: 16.27g | Prot: 63.14g | Carb: 54.27g.   Breakfast: Onions, Egg White. Lunch: Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Earthbound Farm Organic Mixed Baby Greens Salad. Dinner: Cod, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Navels Oranges, Trader Joe's Organic Strawberries. more...
