So...I knew my medication was a bit off, but I have only been back on the diet and exercise train for two days and lost about 3 lbs. Must be water, cuz that seems a little over the top and definitley too fast! I will watch it, and keep it to 3 lbs a week or less.
Good news is, that I am RIGHT back where I left off after approximately a month off. Woo Hoo.
Crap. Kyle just came in with two boxes of donuts. I am going to eat a maple bar to celebrate :)
