Well I was getting depressed this morning when, once again, the scale was stuck at 151.6! So rather than go all crazy and binge and start over again on Monday, I got out the tape measure and holy moly after one week of eating three meals a day instead of intermittent fasting, I was down 18 1/2 inches! I loved the eating once a day and felt good, but belly fat and scale wasn't changing at all, so last Monday I switched plans to eating three meals, protein, carb, and some fat. Now I feel way better, my face skin isn't looking all old, sagging and dehydrated. I'd been fasting since 2017 and not much was happening even though I believed in it. Sorry for babbling on and on, but perhaps fasting wasn't for me and my body thought I was sick again so it was holding on for dear life! Thanks for listening people, I am excited!!! Have a great weekend and positive thoughts!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
