Restarting 1 Jul 2013.

Trainer is creating new diet and nutrition for me.

Working to build up strength in arms, especially left arm.

Will be building body up for right shoulder reconstruction.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
