b]Had a few choclate bars last week and a few glasses of wine!!That's why no weight loss this week!! But started a new today!! I've got boxafit followed by swimming then water aerobics!![/b]
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
