Post baby. Would like to get back to the 150's. Trying to eat between 1200-1300 a day and am also working out about 5-6 times a week.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1408 kcal Fat: 48.80g | Prot: 98.45g | Carb: 104.37g.   Breakfast: Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Kellogg's Pop-Tarts Frosted - Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Egg, Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut, Egg Beaters All Natural 100% Egg Whites. Lunch: Black Beans (Canned), Pilgrim's Chicken Breast Fillet. Dinner: Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Tostitos Medium Salsa, Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Sour Cream, Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce. Snacks/Other: Cuties Clementines, Almonds, Kroger Sugar Cookie, Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Vodka. more...

bravo on the effort hun but that low of calories can really slow your metabolism (I know from experience). Maybe consider a goal of 1500-1700 ish calories a day? It seems like a lot but you need to energy just to live especially post baby <3
