Working on eating better, for the most part I am. Doing the Staff Weight Loss Challenge - learning about protein and how much to eat. I'll give it a shot as I didn't seem successful - long term at least - with Weight Watchers. I need to remember what goes in the mouth needs to matter. I am in control of that - maybe not much in my life - but that I am. Wish me luck - actually wish me success :)
