Alright.... officially back to 175.... up 5 pounds from my lowest. Time to get serious and get back on this diet. Started the morning out with a protein shake and milk. Get a gym membership this coming week with a gym that has a child watch, so it will be easier to get to the gym and work out will my hubby is at work.

Going grocery shopping today to get healthy good stuff for dinners and what not. I am doing this, and I can't wait to get this weight off again.


You will be so glad for the health club membership, and I suggest you try the fitness classes they offer, it's great to have a set time to exercise to hold yourself accountable to, and a good way to meet people that are going through the same struggle as yourself to help keep you motivated.
