Company at home all week, drank too much, ate too much, and didn't work out enough. Back at it today, got my 2 miles in this morning already. I do like getting my workout done in the mornings...
237.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
