End of week 2, sorta. :P I'm off again, but in a good way. I know I won't have time tomorrow to complete chest and back and ab ripper, so I did chest and back today. I'll still do ab ripper tomorrow, and if I have the time, I will do x stretch. Not betting on it though. I did the progress test for 100 push ups today too, and was able to do 25. After that and chest and back, my arms feel like jelly.
I haven't changed my eating habits too much the last two weeks, so I'm not really surprised I haven't dropped any weight yet. I'm seeing a ton more muscle definition in my upper body though. I can't wait until my jeans start fitting better again. :)
