So I was doing well most of the day then my parents decided to take us out to Cici's tonight for dinner. Hadnt been there in ages or had any good pizza in a long time either. Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza sent directly to our table and ate over half of the damn thing. I'm so stuff but it was soo delicious. I wasnt regretting it until I got home and talked to a friend. She was sharing her weight loss and showed before and after pictures of her losing 40lbs since April and now. I was sooo impressed and shocked. I wanna look as good as her. If she did it, so can I. No more caving in for things I know I shouldnt have! next time only 2 or 3 slices instead of like 8. lol. Also gonna try to have maybe only 1 cup of soda while im out and then on refills just get water.
