Kinda scary today as I had chicken parm (only 1/2) and 1/2 mac and cheese..didn't think I could eat so much..skipped they gym..again..have my personal trainer tomorrow..gotta work it for it to work!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
