New to this site. Not new to 'dieting'. -_- Have never been skinny, fit, in shape, slender, physically appealing, whatever - not in my eyes. Had gastric bypass surgery back in 2008 - weigh out from the hospital 2 days after surgery was 289. Never. The. Hell. Again. Kept the weight down & steady for a good long while, but stress & life crept back up and I started noticing a gain. Refusing to buy larger clothes, because I have never EVER been in single digits, and I refuse to give up that achievement, I have the extreme determination but notice a slight lack in motivation some days. I don't have the luxury of having buddies to do the buddy system thing with; hell, the way my work schedule is sometimes I'm lucky if I see my cat when I go home - I know he's there because the food is low in his bowl, but still. I'm hoping to get out of whatever rut my mind has been in, find the needed kick in the pants to get active, and make the time to make it right - healthier food, healthier lifestyle.
