I forgot all about my fatsecret, but I am back on track and will use it this week. I was without my computer and IPOD for a couple weeks but got both of them and gonna get started now.
316.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
