Well, I started my diet/workout thing on Friday. A group of people asked me at work if I wanted to do their "Biggest Loser" thing at work. We have 3 months to lose the most weight and we win a pool of money. Seriously, who's going to say no to $420.00? I was in!

They recently made some cut backs at work, so I had to change my lunch to a different time when I was not taking it with anyone, so I figured that was the perfect time to get my ass in gear and head out walking. I work in a nice corporate business complex where people run and walk around all the time, so it's perfect!

Friday, I walked 2.5 miles in 33 minutes (which everyone tells me that is fantastic!) The only issue...I have really crappy shoes and now have a blister on the bottom of my foot. Since I've been walking every day, that blister is really killing me! Thursday, getting new shoes!

The food tracking is the hardest part, I've found. After tracking my food, I'm realizing that I do not eat enough. Today, I didn't even get over 1000 calories...and 500 of those calories was soda :( That's not good.

My personal challenge - eat at least 3 meals a day, and they have to be good meals. I have the tools at my fingertips and I just need to do it.
