Long day. Errands, grocery shopping, dog walking, working, emailing...by dinner time I could hardly stand (been a while since it's been this bad so I guess I shouldn't complain). Dug around the freezer and found a WW dinner; managed a good salad but just could not cook tonight.

Been a long time since I've had a frozen dinner! That's a good thing! Although gotta admit that with a little spicing up that ziti ain't bad.

Using a TBSP of mashed up fresh avocado instead of salad dressing is the best discovery I've made (next to substituting vanilla soy milk for coffee-mate). Right there I've cut out so many calories & fat from my diet. Whoo hoo! Thanks sis! Never would've come up with either one if it weren't for you!

Managed to do the stairs & walking challenges, not yet the fitness one (does walking around a huge store for over an hour count as fitness?!!). Day's not over yet but considering the pain level I'm at, it's not too likely that I'll do anything more tonight. Gotta listen to my body, and it's saying ENOUGH! So okay, I'll cut myself some slack.

So why do I feel guilty?

Why shouldn't walking around a big box food/slash/mega-department store count? :)

Much lower than normal. Actually walked for 90 minutes, but was constantly being interrupted by groups of jogging students. Had no choice but to pull the dogs to me & wait for them to pass. Kept losing my stride...won't make the mistake of walking between 2:30-4:30 pm again.

Okay, can barely hold my head up. 3 days of getting up at 5:00 a.m. is really starting to catch up. Think I'll go curl up & fall asleep early. Ain't a thing on tv tonight worth watching, that's for sure!
