Walked again through the trails this morning. Jogged every so often, climbed several steep inclines, ran up a few more. Drank LOTS of water--surpassed the mini-challenge! Ran up the stairs x5 followed by walking up x2. Couldn't ride due to rain so put on an old favorite cd & danced for all 38 minutes of it. Been a long time--forgot how much I love to dance. How we danced almost every night for so many years. Felt 15 years younger! Except now I didn't run out of breath (just like jogging). What a joy. Think I'll pull out more favorites, maybe some from my DJ'ing days too. If my back can handle it, I may just spend my fitness challenge minutes doin' the blade of grass thang.

Had to cut the walk short; all of a sudden my shoe started rubbing against the top of my foot & it became painful. Great, finally got the leg to stop hurting only to have this happen...Found a website that showed how to rework the laces & voila! We're back in business.
