Not a great food day yesterday but I managed well with portion control. Alarm on phone working good to remind when to take my pills. Legs very muscle sore from doing squats putting stuff on floor at school. I hate being sore but on a good note- it's doing good things for this weight loss mental game. Wish me luck!!
