Breakfast:
1/2 GrapeFruit
Chilaquiles (1corn Tortilla)(3mls of tomato souce rosted garlic)(1TBS of diced tomato) (1TBS diced onion)cooked with 1 spray of PAM
2 oz of soft white cheese
8oz of milk.

Lunch:
6oz of baked fish with onion, tomato, bell peper and seasoning)
1/2 cantaloupe
1mineral water.

Dinner:
2 eggs with tomato souce
1oz of bread with 2 teaspoon of margarine
4oz of Milk
1 small orange.
