i ate cheese yesterday for the first time in ages and it killed me. i was in so much pain so no more cheese for me.

tried a workout today it was focused on abs and i found it really hard only got through about 10 mins of it but i guess ill be better soon.

breakfast = 2 very small slices of stonebaked sour dough - GL of 6
handful of rasberries - GL of 0

I remember I went 2 months without any dairy (a failed vegan experiment) and when I decided to add dairy back in I felt horrible, like my body forgot how to digest it. And as far as exercise goes, any exercise is better than no exercise. Usually if I can convince myself just to start, then I don't have any problems going through a workout. Just getting off my butt is the hard part. So if you're doing anything at all, that's always good.

yeah i used to eat a ton of cheese but i cant really eat it anymore cus of my IBS
