I remember I went 2 months without any dairy (a failed vegan experiment) and when I decided to add dairy back in I felt horrible, like my body forgot how to digest it. And as far as exercise goes, any exercise is better than no exercise. Usually if I can convince myself just to start, then I don't have any problems going through a workout. Just getting off my butt is the hard part. So if you're doing anything at all, that's always good.
