Going to my cousins Wedding tonight and really looking forward to it but this will be the first time I have eaten out since I started on this diet, just a little concerned that I will go mad on Saturated Fats. So hard to know what to eat when you have no idea how its been made. HOwever this being said I am not going to let this spoil my time with my family and will try not to obses over every mouthfull.
