I had an incredible first two weeks but then this past weekend my good intentions went to he!!. Add together dinner out at P.F. Changs and The Cracker Barrell on top of some massive PMS cravings and I gained back 3 of the the four pounds I had lost!!!
Bet never fear and never give up. As of today I am back on track with my portion control and healthier eating habits. The numbers will go back down and my pants will fit better!!!
