Well I went over on carbs yesterday. I did drink all my water. Exercising is going very well. I found out that I would not be going to pick up my grandchildren instead their dad is going to bring them down before he heads off to afghanistan. They are coming home sooner. I am so excited! I think that may be the reason I have not been able to focus at work. That and it is pretty slow right now.
