I'm starting my diet once again because i've recently stopped completely trying to watch what I eat. I've been over eating like crazy and i'm under constant stress, i've lost my job, but i'm a full time student, I joined the water polo team and i'm hoping that I can regulate my eating. I will try to keep the food portion as close as I can but... I'm really bad with constant check ins, since I live with my bf now and theres only one laptop...it's gonna have to be in school and late night log ins.. here we go then.
