I have been on and off this diet for awhile I have hard time commiting. I am in a relationship where we got comfortable and both gained about 15 pounds each since we started. This happens when you are always together, you eat together , don't excersise. so we both relized this and tried to loose weight. We were doing well but kind of settled. I then lost my job so I started to eat more beacause I felt rotten so I gained another 10 pounds. I recently got a new job and went shopping and no longer fit into the sizes I used to. SO i decided I need to be strict with myself and get back on that diet train. I am very happy with my life going on 3 years with my guy and have a great new job, things are going good and I am slowly but surely looseing weight. I started and it was hard to cut down on foods I love. I walk alot (more than 8,550 steps a day) and play 2 hours of soccer on sunday. Also variios other work outs durring the week. My guy and I are currently buying a house so I will be moving boxes and stuff daily, getting lots of excersise there. Like I said I am very happy in my life right now things are going great. Once I can get back down to my high school weight when I played Volleyball and worked out every day, I will be completly happy. Of course that is untill my boyfriend asks for my hand in marriage then I will be beyond happy. And if all goes as planned I will weigh 115 light enough for my guy to carry me over the threshold. I have a great support from my boyfriend, he always tells me I am beautifull the way I am but if I am unhappy I should loose the weight I want. I love him and am lucky to have him. But I truley believe that about all women you are all beautifull inside and out the way you are, but if you are unhappy do what you have to to make yourself happy.
