I need to watch my caloric intake. I haven't been over 2000, but I feel better when I eat under 1500.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 September 2010:
1159 kcal Fat: 54.49g | Prot: 63.12g | Carb: 112.71g.   Breakfast: cranberry green tea, raisin, whole foods granola, yogurt. Lunch: french cut green beans, walnuts, apple, lettuce, chicken breast. Dinner: olive oil, okra, Sweet Potato, Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Extra Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, peach, cashews. more...

Good observation for you. I love it when I figure those key factors that help me feel the best. I love pumpkin. I just figured a way to get a good pumpkin treat by freezing some pour 'n bake pumpkin, freezing it, adding frozen peaches to milk, water and add my protein drink and Tah Dah......I have a wondeful Festive Fall Drink! TOWANDA!!!
