Well I did it again! But I just had a quick sneak peek at the scales but then they said get off so I lovingly picked them up and put them away in my closet, so that's where they will have to stay until Thursday.
I am very proud of myself though, today I cleaned out all of my food cupboards and threw away all signs of junk food and treats! Oh my god I can't believe how healthy my cupboards and fridge look now.
I feel great today, getting ready to get on my Gazelle for a few laps of the park...hehehe
