Today I am feeling good about my diet and workout plan. I am a little concerned that I am doing so much and my body does not seem to want to release this weight faster. I have gotten my workout routine in order. I also got a trainer, now I am focusing on getting my eating together. I have a long way to go, but I am excited because I know I am going to make my goal this time. I can feel it. This is my time!!
