Well this morning was GO GO GO for me so I quick made a smoothie. Haven't finished it yet, but it's going down. Disappointed I didn't get ANY work outs in last night. The fiance needed help painting some boxes for work when I got home, then spent the rest of the night filling out save the dates. Double time tonight, so starting today bumping up my walks w/Archie puppy to one in the morning and one at night. That'll get me to a total of an hour a day. I need to somehow work cardio into this crazy schedule of mine.

Only down fall about these walks is that it hasn't reached 60 degrees yet here in Wisconsin. So the mornings a little chilly yet! I'll maybe just have to bust out the winter clothes again to stay warm.
