I walked my butt everywhere yesterday, and it was EFFORTLESS! I loved it! I could have walked forever! Oh, this is going to be a great summer!
165.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
