Joining this site bc somebody on the atkins site suggested it. I lost 6 lbs the first week; 1 the next; and gained one the next. I am following the food list to a T but not counting carbs. I don't think I am having enough. I honestly don't expect any diet but this will work for me....as I've tried many! I also know I need to up my activity, but I AM pretty active in general. I wanted to have this off by Aug. 3 for the cruise, but will stick with it as long as it takes.
