Think I'm feeling 100% again! Scarfed down an apple this morning! Sticking to diet sierra mist and water today..just in case the tum tum decides otherwise. Caught back up on our mini challenge this morning! 2 sets of 20 crunches this morning and I took the stairs. Tomorrow should be a better day!
