Working out with a trainer and building muscle so that weight isn't coming off because of the muscle...muscle is heavier then fat. But i'm starting to see a bit of definition and feel better. The fat will start burning off very soon.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
