Still not hitting my RDI. I'm getting nearly there on some days, but on other days, like today, I'm a long way off. I'm struggling to get all the calories I need in three meals and as I'm trying to stay away from fruit there isn't much I can snack on.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
