Still 146... Not surprising, I'm just glad I didn't gain a ton back. I wanted to start documenting my measurements, so here they are:
Left Arm - 11.5in Right Arm - 11in Waist - 33.5in Hips - 41.in Left Thigh - 21in Right Thigh - 22in TOTAL - 140in
I want to try and focus more on building muscle, not just losing weight. I wish I had the means to calculate body fat %, but without those tools, I'll simply have to rely on pictures and measurements to chart my progress.
