Not doing happy dance today gained a pound but I will NOT give up.
I am not going to weigh in everyday now I am going to weigh in weekly. Guess I will have to hide the scales for a week and hope for good results next week.

The scale is a pain, isn't it? I too weigh daily and my weight is up and down every day. Try not to let it affect you too much - if you know you are doing everything right, the fluctuation can be anything from water retention, to needing to go to the bathroom, to the scale just being difficult. Try to just breath through it, it will come down. I generally only record the weight loss, not the weight up, unless it becomes a trend then I have to be honest, but day to day ups and downs is/are just my body being my body. Give yourself a break (hard to do cause I am a slave to the scale too). Tomorrow may be better. Keep on, keeping on, and it will all come off.

Yes it sure is however after I had breakfast I decided to take my measurements before getting dressed for work and to my surprise in exactly one week I have lost 2 inches off my stomach 2 inches off my hips 1 and a half off my thighs 2 inches off my boobs and 1 and a half inches off my upper arms, so I then did the happy dance.

Wow - great results. I do that when the scale is a pain, grab the measuring tape. So see, you can do the happy dance today :) Like Sarah I only log the losses now. For a while I logged every day, but gave it up.
