Hello!

For an introduction, I'll just begin by saying I used to weigh a mere 120lbs and am eager to get back to that weight. This was back when I was in high school and was considered a healthy and stable weight according to my BMI.

I'm now at 138lbs, so I've got quite a long way to go. 18lbs can be a long journey, honestly.

I try and work out as much as I can and if I'm not working out I try to move about a lot while in the office (use the stairs, walk a long distance to my car etc.) I also have recently been using an app on the phone called MyFitnessPal which has proven to be quite useful and has helped monitor my food intake a lot as well as count the calories I'm consuming.

Any additional help, encouragement or guidance is always a plus and always welcomed! Hence my presence here. :)

Starting weight: 63kg
Goal Weight: 55kg
Height: 153cm.
