Day one on fat smash, pretty brutal, I am so hungry, but I am used to over indulging lately, have to get back to reality. Not sure this diet is for me but I will give it a real go.

I, too, started yesterday. This is my third time doing it in 3 years. If you stick with it it will work. It is a great plan. It is tough in the beginning. Good Luck!

You can do it that hunger feeling will go away in the next day or two. Just keep on it. Use carrots or some kind of fruit if you do have to put something in your mouth. It will fly by fast! :) Good luck.*
