Here I am into the seventh month and still staying on track. Not going as fast as I would like to go on that track but staying steady. I have hopes of doing good through the up coming Holidays. Even if I put on some weight I will get right back on the road and keep going. Food...I love and I can understand someone who feels the same way about booze or drugs. I need to remind myself that I'm in control of my portions and not the other way around! I'm loving the power in the knowledge and most important keeping it in my mind. ~ Nola
