Did great the last few days then came home to find a pizza my husband had made and devoured it. Oops. Did get pilates in before I fell into the pizza though. I'm getting back on track slowly, but surely.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week
