I'm not doing good at all. I only lost 6 ounces in 9 days and the worst thing is 2 days before my weigh in yesterday i did take off.

I fell off the plan the last couples days because i'm in so much stress and everything is pissing me off. I'm thinking maybe i'm just tired or even frustrated. I do have some issues and I know that I have to confront them but I'm so not ready, not yet.The silliest thing is, none of them have something to do with my weight loss but it's affecting it anyway. Eating is the only thing that makes me feel better when i just can't handle it anymore. I know that everybody will say that i'm an emotionnal eater but it does relax me (well for half an hour or until i don't feel full anymore). I know what I have to do. Hopefully this weekend i'll find the gut to let everything out and put this behind me.

It looks like you've been doing pretty well so far. I usually get a good loss about a week after a take off, and not right away. At least the weight isn't going up! Thats always a success.

I have a lot of stress at work this week as well. Sometimes it's just hard to be on this plan. Let's face it. But you just keep on going as best you can. One day at a time. That is all the good Lord gives us anyhow. I am reading some books (very slowly - because I have so much on my plate right now (pun intended)) about eating issues and all the aspects, physical, emotional and spiritual. Please don't beat yourself up. You are doing great!!
