I’ve been getting back into the doldrums again. Not eating right, not exercising really. I’m planning to go to the gym tonight for an hour of intense cardio but when I get out of work the last thing I want to do is exhaust myself anymore! I just have to keep in mind the feeling I get when I work out and what my fitness goals are. To be strong, to live long, and to have the body I’ve only dreamed of! I have to keep in mind how proud of myself I will be when I finally get to the weight and muscle tone I want. To be FIT. To hate wearing clothes because I look better naked. Ahhhhh it will be great. I will be motivating myself all day; looking up exercises, looking at fit bods and visualizing myself with a fit bod  And also to keep in mind that it won’t happen as fast as I want it to. It’s a lifestyle change and I have to be fully commited for it to work, not just commited for a week or two weeks at a time. My toughest obstacle is the weekend; I do great throughout the week but then I eat whatever I want on the weekends and I lose any and all progress from the week. Sigh. Gotta stick this out.
