Since I have Hashimoto's condition my metabolism is controlled largely by levothyroxine, I am currently on 100micro grams a day. I also suffer with anxiety and depression, for which I take a lot of medication, I think that the meds interact making it harder for me to loose weight. My skin is bad and I am prone to break outs around my mouth area. I want to nourish my body, in spite of all the medication that I have to be on. Hopefully I can make it healthy enough to need the minimum amount needed by someone in my situation.
