My doctor gave me a sample of Byetta. An injection in the stomach 2 times a day to help keep your diabetes down. It surpressed my appetite and I even saw my stomach go down in size! The downside was that it made me vomit a lot! I tried to take it for the entire month, but couldn't. HOWEVER, I've decided to ask my doctor to let me try it again! I will keep the vomiting mindset out of my head. The benefits outweigh the problems.
I tried a SoyJoy bar last night, didn't like it, but it's worth having on hand if you need to use up a couple points before bedtime.
