already started a week ago, Monday and Tuesday I only take 500 calories. I made it last week without having real problems, so I hope to be able to continue. Really glad when I could have my espresso 'cafe con leche' at midnight last week... especially stayed up that long to enjoy it... and the day after I noticed that I did not eat more, on the contrary, I had less bread and potatoes and felt satisfied anyhow...
