BUMMED! How could I gain 2 lbs when I stayed on my diet 100%???? Oh well, today is a new day.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Do not get discouraged about the pounds! One will flexuate 5 pounds through out the day! I also noticed that you intaked a lot of sodium; you might just have water weight!

I'm still on the diet, but my scale doesn't record any progress. I went to my doctor on Wednesday and his scale said I lost 4 lbs. since my last appt. But I've been sick and haven't felt much like writing in the journal, my doctor put me on an anti-depressant and anxiety medication, along with more meds for my blood pressure. Still not feeling up to par, but these things take time. Thanks for asking.
