I'm starting supplements today!

Just started logging my food in and realized how many of my calories come from FAT. Yikes! Going to have to think about that and see what I come up with!
307.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
