same old reason for falling back. had my mind focused on not smoking and did not care to watch what i ate. i had to take it one at a time and not put too much on my plate at once. so here i am again trying the same thing AGAIN. that's all i can say, tired of talking the talk. just have do tha dam thang. "rule your mind-or else it will rule you."
