Since September, I think. It has really been helpful. Sometimes I stall, but if I keep entering in my calories in and out, at least it is still on my mind and I don't just gain it all back mindlessly...even when I have to enter in 5 beers, 4 pieces of pizza and 6 chicken wings (like I had to last night) at least I am accountable.
