Ok So I am doing the 5:2 diet and for non fast days I am following the Montsignac Method - although I am not sure if I am getting my meals exactly right. So basically all low glucides, nothing above 50 and mostly below 35. I started this on Sunday mentally and in reality on Monday. In total I have lost a little over 2KG this week so far. First fast day was yesterday and was fine until after my 500 cal meal of the evening. Sore tummy (actually colon when I press it) over night and endless trips to the bathroom.
